I would like to know if Valerie has an email addy. I think she is doing a great job on the Jenny diet and I applaud her for that. I have been a fan of hers for many years.

She doesn't appear to have a fan site where you can directly contact her. Her blog on Jenny Craig unfortunately doesn't allow for comments...

I love Valerie and think her weight loss approach is refreshing in Hollywood - instead of living off of fish and salad, she is eating 'normal' foods. And she is working down to a normal size, not stick-thin. Way to go Valerie and keep up the good work!!!!

I think she is doing a great job and is being so positive!! I recently experienced the "looks like you've gained weight," and I dont need a reminder, I see myself everyday! Reading what she wrote, totally motivaed me! Thanks Valerie! You look awesome!

I think it is wonderful Valerie has been successful at losing her disired weight. Why is she secretive about her starting weight and present weight. It would be helpful to many of us if she would be more open about the numbers. I am just starting on my weight loss and I presently weight 155. I am 5'2".

Congrats to Valerie's boyfriend, Tom, for losing 30 lbs along with Val's weight loss. I read Val's book this past winter, started exercising, watching my food intake....and lost 30 lbs, too. My wife says it is easier for guys to lose weight. Maybe, but everyone should try.
